Refund policy
Returns
We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in its original condition and packaging. Items that have been used, damaged after delivery, or altered may not be eligible for a refund.
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping for returns due to personal preference or a change of mind.
Please contact us before sending anything back so we can provide return instructions.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Sweet Clementine Island Mail Club items — Mail Club items are made and prepared to order for each month's edition and therefore cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Custom or personalized items, if applicable.
- Items that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery.
- Digital products, if applicable.
Because Mail Club items are prepared specifically for each monthly edition, please make sure you are able to receive the mailing before placing your order.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at inoristudioofficial@gmail.com.
Please include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We'll review the issue and work with you to find an appropriate solution, such as a replacement or refund.
If the issue was caused by an error on our part or the item arrived damaged, we will cover the appropriate return shipping costs.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow your payment provider some additional time to process the refund and return the funds to your account.
Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part or the item arrived damaged or defective.
Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the eligible item according to the policy above and place a new order.
